Detailed Clash Meta Tutorial for Android
Introduction
Clash Meta is an enhanced version of Clash, offering more advanced features such as TUN mode, multi-inbound/outbound, Hysteria protocol, etc. It is a powerful proxy tool for Android.

Basic Settings
First Launch
- Install the Clash Meta Android app
- Open the app, the system will ask for MOFA permissions, tap Allow
- On the home page, you will see network traffic and connection statistics
Import Configuration
- Tap the "Config" option in the bottom navigation bar
- Tap the "+" in the top right to add a new configuration
- Select "URL" as the import method
- Enter your subscription link and add a name
- Tap "Save" and download the configuration
Proxy Settings
Start Proxy
- On the home page, tap the switch button at the bottom to start the proxy
- When started successfully, the status will show "Running"
Mode Selection
- On the home page, tap "Mode" to switch:
- Global Mode: All traffic goes through the proxy
- Rule Mode: Smart routing based on rules
- Direct Mode: No proxy is used
Advanced Features
TUN Mode
- In "Settings" > "Network"
- Enable "TUN Mode"
- Optional configuration:
- Stack type: Choose gVisor or system
- Auto Route: Manage routing table
- Bypass private network: Local network direct connection
Per-App Proxy
- In "Settings" > "Network"
- Tap "App Management"
- Options:
- Proxy apps: Only selected apps use the proxy
- Bypass apps: Selected apps do not use the proxy
Traffic Statistics and Control
- View real-time network speed on the home page
- Tap the "Connections" tab to view all connection records
- Filter by app, destination, etc.

Log Viewing
- In the "Logs" tab, view runtime logs

- Appropriately increase concurrent connections for better performance
Troubleshooting
- Ensure your configuration file format is correct
- Check your network environment and node status
- Configuration updates may require restarting the app
Important Notes
- TUN mode may conflict with some MOFA applications
- ROOT devices can access more complete functionality
- Update the app regularly to get the latest features and security patches
